* Be the information specialist. Stay focused on helping others solve their problems. What goes around comes around.
* Work towards the future. Remember, this is now. Just another challenging year that many agents and business owners have conquered before. The successful business person will work towards the future and make improvements to their business daily.
Nobody can see what the future holds. Act with energy and determination. Look to the future with optimism. This will empower you.
