As Winston Churchill stated, "When you're going through hell, keep going!"

Our history proves we will have the occasional down cycle.  This year isn't the first and won't be our last.  Remember the stock market between 2000-2001?

Even the strongest businesses can be disrupted by global influences and unexpected market trends.  So if your business isn't going so well at this moment, remember, it's just for the moment.

Stay confident.  Don't show desperation.  Appearing desperate will not result in people investing their confidence in you, so if your asking for referrals, maintain a confident, relaxed demeanor.

Speak as if you're success level is rising.  Everyone loves a winner.

Do you want to rise above the economic downturn in your business?

* Check your stats.  Where has most of your business come from in the past?  Concentrate your efforts in  these areas of expertise and do more of it!

*  Don't sit with your head in the clouds.  Notice changes in your business that have happened due to the day 232 - International Head in the Clouds Week by mivoxunforeseen market turns.  Make the changes to adapt to today's market or go do something else.

*  Be the information specialist.  Stay focused on helping others solve their problems.  What goes around comes around.

*  Work towards the future.  Remember, this is now.  Just another challenging year that many agents and business owners have conquered before.  The successful business person will work towards the future and make improvements to their business daily.

Nobody can see what the future holds.  Act with energy and determination.  Look to the future with How Foreign Exchange Market Differs From The Stock Market? by forexfolksoptimism.  This will empower you.

Realizing that there will always be down times will keep you from taking a back seat when adversity hits.  Adapt a long term plan and attitude toward building your career and your business will flourish!

Have a Fabulous Real Estate Day!

Great Post! We're using this time to do those things you never seemed to have the time to do before and re-evaluate what it is we are doing and how we can make it better. This won't last forever and we'll be ready and new and improved for when it does turn around!

Realtors and our fellow industry service providers need to keep on being positive!  The key to perception is attitude and the media has a bad one, with positive ideas like yours, the media will have to start reporting some good news.

wonderful post. The market will change -- it always does. There was the day in the past of 19% interest and there was doom and gloom then as well -- but the market changed -- it always does. All the best.

We must focus on what we can control not what we can't. One of the main things we control is our attitude...start each day with a positive affirmation to yourself and make it a great day!

Over 2,000 homes sold…..

It all revolves around faith in capitalism.  Forget out our government.  Even if the one candidate wants socialism, it wont happen, as Americans wont let it happen.  Capitalism will thrive even if it means a civil war.  I have the full faith in our people and our economy will come back one way or another this coming year.  It may get bloody, but capitalism will thrive on..........  Believe........
