Warren Buffett was quoted last week as saying "Be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy.". This is a fantastic time to buy property on Maui. Just like other parts of the country, we have lots of inventory and weak sellers. The difference is: this is Maui. What do you think?
