In today's exciting Real Estate market it is easy to get discouraged and lose hope. With all the agents in our office it is certain our office will prosper.
Not true. In fact some will be gone in 4 to 6 months. How will this affect me?
Years ago I learned that it was Dale Carnegie that once said "The more people you help to become successful the more successful you will become".
A good example was last month I needed a favor from another agent, I forgot my camera and he was an ex- professional photographer. We needed to take pictures of my Listing at 213 Dartmouth in Placentia.
Yesterday, there was a call on my listing in Walnut and I could not make that appointment so I returned the favor to my impromptu photographer and handed him a hot buyer.
With a new agent coming in and excelling to the areas where they desire its more than rewarding to get paid and watch that happen.
So remember when a fellow office mate says hi, don't look at them like "What do you want"?
A salesman is like a Lion we all tend to go for the same food. When the negatives get to me and its hard to re-focus I just find a new agent mentor them for 20 minutes and sit back and reap the rewards of giving back. The basic of selling!!!
In moving to the next level I am sure Tiger Woods also practiced the basics... over ... over... all with a smile and a will to succeed in his goal.
My goal is to be able to say I did my best and along the way it made this business a better place for all the people around us.
So if you go to your car and you have a dead battery ask another agent to give you a ride to Walmart and buy battery cables. Two hours later I handed him a lead for a lease.
EACH DAY WE WILL PROSPER!!!!
