This page includes links to:

Meridian Idaho Short Sales

Where you can get live links to the Intermountain MLS, and begin to search short sale properties in these areas.

In the very near future, this page will also include articles about the Idaho Short Sale process, and give helpful information to both Buyers (looking for a great deal) and Sellers (who need help in these rough financial times).

Melody~Thank you Mel. I still have a lot of work to do....but it's getting started.

Marie~yes it is sad. I'm almost beginning to think it IS the market, not just a niche!

It is nice to rememer that every time one of these short sales is completed, it has helped someone get out of a bad situation without ruining their credit. It obiously does affect their credit, but not nearly as bad.
