Last Night on MSNBC Brian Williams reported that people are back in the SW Florida market buying again. This confirm exactly what I have already been seeing for some time now. For the last several months in 2008, over 400 homes per month in Cape Coral have been selling. Compare this with most of 2007 when only about 150 homes per month were selling in Cape Coral.
