Hey Alex! I miss Fort Collins but I have to say the natural beauty here is unbeatable. I'm going to miss those 300+ days of sunshine though! I do keep in touch with Elissa from time to time and you're right, it does seem like things are picking up for her. Change is hard, especially when you are old like me! Since I had some time on my hands I did what I have been hearing I should be doing for a long time - learning the blog business. Still trying to figure it all out. I want to get the Google juice, but I also want to post informative things on my outside blog for prospective clients. Then there's Localism, so I try to post stories about the community so I have a presence there. It's interesting trying to get my head wrapped around those three different purposes. Then there is simply the networking and community with all ther other real estate people on AR. Lots of differents directions to go. I'm committed to it for the long haul - even if I don't quite understand it all yet.
