Ever wonder how much time you spend in a year just looking for things?  I can't even imagine how much time I spend; my New Year's resolution every year is to get more organized.  It's a work in progress and I'm convined efficiency adds to productivity.  Some of the productivity tips I've come across are:

1. Set up a filing system and file things IMMEDIATELY.  Don't let things pile up.

2. Make a to do list the night before.  This way you wake up not having to think about what to do. You know what you have to do.  And put that list in the order of priorty.  And what comes first? Those tasks that wil put money in your coffers.

3. Take breaks periodically.  come back and re-focus.

4.  Go with your own energy flow.  Get as much done when you're feeling a power surge.  Save mundane tasks for times when you're feeling sluggish.
