I attended the Power of Remax meeting yesterday. It was a great meeting. In todays market technology is so vital. With gas prices so high more and more buyers are using technology to find their home b/f they go and look. Yesterday Verl Workman talked about a lot of new technology from various companies. I looked at several of the services from these technology companies and I signed up for the obeo connect. Every seller that I have called and told about it today, loves it. They all have said, "Allen, this is why we decided to use you as our realtor. You seem to be up on the technology and we know that is what buyers are using to find their home." Did anyone else sign up for one of the things that Verl talked about. I would love to hear your experience.

Thanks Jim. I've been using the web for years to sell homes also. I think the problem is that agents don't use the latest technology when using the web. I think they get stuck and don't upgrade. I have also found that the web works as well as some new things. How is the market doing in your area.
