Lately, with all of the bad press and craziness of the market I have decided to do my job to the best of my ability but when I am off, to forget about it all and spend my time focusing on what really matters! My wonderful family!
I recently went to my 20th high school reunion and saw old friends and none of us cared about what the other person was doing for a living but the person, their family and that they were still the great person that made you such great friends to begin with (just a little more grey and bigger in most cases:).
I took my son Blake (he is in the picture above) with me on a very long road trip so he could spend time with his grandparents and cousins and I had one of the best times I have had in a long time just being with my son not being in a hurry and goofing off at rest stops and enjoying my time with such a special little guy!
Man that was fun!
So remember no matter what happens during all of this keep your nose to the grindstone when you are working, forget about it when your not and remember that when all is said and done no one cares how many homes you sold only the wonderful memories you have spent together.
