This offer is only good to the first 5 lot sales, or until December 31, 2008. Visit our website for current lot pricing, and then take 10% off of that price to determine your clients sales price. Keep in mind this does not affect your 6% commission on the sale. We anticipate the start of our third phase early next year, and would like to clear out as much inventory between now and then as possible. Again, this discount is only good until the end of the year, and then our prices will revert to the full listing price.
