I have been a Realtor for 5 years. I have now experienced the good, bad and ugly in the market place. With the current economic conditions a lot of agents, including myself, are floundering. Is there any specific thing that would help agents weather the storm? Examples, learning about alternative careers, finding brokerages that have lower fees, educating agents on short sales, etc.....
Thank you for your help in advance. I would really like to know what other agents are struggling with.
