Foxwood Circle Condos are located in northern Mount Kisco just off North Bedford Road (Rt 117). Built in the early eighties, the 130 unit garden style complex has 80 one bedroom and 50 two bedroom apartments. They are all on one level. They have plenty of closet space and all have washers & dryers within the units. Some of the apartments have garages.
The buildings are built Tudor style - with stucco exteriors and dark brown wooden beams. There is plenty of unassigned parking. The roofing has been replaced in the last 2/3 years and the complex is competently managed and maintained. Nice perk: gas and hot water are included in the common charges!
The Foxwood community is a friendly one and a 20 year resident states "I love living here, it is so quiet."
Though off a main street, it is tucked away enough that it is not seen from the road and once there, you'd never believe that you are in busy Mt. Kisco. Just beyond the borders of the village are horse properties, luxurious estates and rural like roads.
Mount Kisco offers tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. A 3.1 square mile village, nothing is too far from anything.
