The Network Is Where IT Is At!

By
Title Insurance with Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation

I must tell you folks, the network IS where it is at! If you are stagnant in your energy and in your business, well get out there! If you are out there and feeling crowded, go deep within! Either way friends, if you are not putting it out there that you are in this industry at this time and more importantly in THIS market, you are doing yourselves and your sphere a grave injustice.

Times are tricky and don't have to be tough. You don't have to know or be able to do everything. You simply need to have someone for everything. If you are constantly networking, you will always have this and be able to offer it to your business and all components throughout. You can be the liason to your clientele, family and friends to do just about anything! Let's face it; they are all one in the same, right? Clientele, family and friends? Imagine taking them from loan to purchase, possible updates or full remodel, sale and back again to square one which is loan to purchase. Chances are, if they are renting in the peninsula or even owning their first property, this would be the cycle. In my local climates, prices are still holding up somewhat.

There are other networking opportunities which are out there and I am seeing myself ads well as my sphere in business benefiting from. This would be the industry network. If you are afraid to come out and play with your own kind, you are hurting yourself more than you are helping yourself as well as your clientele. In a market such as this it is extremely important to share knowledge and better practices. It is a matter of diligence and exposure. If you are speaking with your industry sphere, you will be abreast to what is happening in most instances good, bad or otherwise. You can then apply some of these better practices to your business and take the pertinent market information to your clientele and be helpful in their situations from day to day. It is a win win.

Again, this is a little secret to my success. Well, it is a huge secret I am choosing to share with you because I would like to start a line of sharing better business practices. Get out there and throw something helpful and  that is working for you in your business to a friend in the business who is your coleague. That or maybe help them handle a unique situation you have gotten through before.

If you have no idea where to start, contact me and I will take you under my wing. There is a ton of room under there and it is warm and safe. We will work at your pace. That is the best way to roll out and bring it in for us all at all times! Thanks to all of you who helped me to learn this the fun way!

I do this all the time. I am at most all events and functions in my community. I have

very good success with this. I am very outgoing and have never met a stranger so it

is easy for me to fit in in most all situations. Talking to and getting to know people

always pays off in one way or another.

I can see why you are going strong. Everything we do represents a percentage of our business. If you do nothing about the networking, it will represent 0% of your business. If you incorporate it into your business, it could possibly represent the largest percentage of your business. I love it and am happy to see you do as well!

I belong to SAMCAR (San Mateo County Association of Realtors) as well as WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) which are two of the top organizations in our area. There are other organizations which to be involved in, these are the two I choose at this time and market. I learn to gauge myself and look ot for myself as well as my clients while networking with a fantastic group of Real Esatate Professionals in all aspects of our industry. Women's Council of Realtors is just super awesome and full of top producing Real Estate, Lender, Mortgage, Title, Appraisers etc.. This is a group of professionals and friends I get comfortable settling into. This is THE group of people that I trust and respect to refer out and be referred from. I love'em both and a few others I frequent events to experience.

Good to hear from you! Happy relationship building to you! The rest falls into place from there!
