Boy, if we could only convince more buyers of that. Our office has had 2 cancellations from buyers who freaked out about the stock market drop and then another who was pre-qualified but then couldn't get the loan once the time came to close. So not only is the struggle to convince buyers that it is a good time to buy and that real estate is still a great investment, but once you overcome that obstacle, then you have to find financing for your buyer. I work in a market where most properties are above conforming loan limits and most are second homes. It's really tough.
