Great job Sandy! I agree with you 100%. We need to speak up as citizens and put an end to all of these price increases. A little bit here and there adds up to a lot of money after a while.
Hey Sandy... That is a lot of money! Do they know how the arsenic got into the water?
Hi Sandy, you are so right, too many people just allow people to push them around. This is one of our benfits, that we can speak and organize. There are a lot of places you would be put in jail for being a subversive organizer.I remember when we revolted over the price of Sugar & then Coffee.:)))It worked.
Sandy - I too live in a town of 5200 and just had our water bill hiked up to an inexcusable monthly high. This morning was a regular morning; got up, had a shower, brushed my teeth, had my usual cup of coffee with breakfast which included frozen orange juice I had just made. Went out to get the paper afterwards and discovered a notice taped to my front door telling me our water was contaminated and should be boiled prior to using!!!! A little bit late don't you think?!
Hello Sandy! Thank you very much for stopping by my blog and making a comment. I am very sorry to hear this. We are already going through problems already in this country that we dont need more added onto our plate. My prayers to you all in Buhl,ID. Have a great day.
Hello Sandy, thanks for stopping over at my blog, our town is equal in size to your town. A few dollars more a month for clean water is a must, but it does hurt those on a fixed income.
