What is your primary business?
Real Estate Client Referrals is an online referral service built by an agent for agents.
What is unique about you or your business?
We work exclusively with one agent per area on a per-referral basis. No monthly fees...no pesky long term contracts. And we never ever get involved in your commissions. What is one fun thing about yourself that most of us don't know?
I am a screaming good cook and often post blogs about recipes I make on ActiveRain. I've even considered starting my own group specifically designed for food...but, where does one get the time for that???
Do you work from home or an outside office?
I work as the Sales Manager for Real Estate Client Referrals so Im in the corporate office from 6am - 5pm every day.
What is your favorite computer application?
Well, Twitter, of course...but, at this point, I have to say that my newest addiction is Blip.fm. I built a station on the prodding from Jason Crouch last week and have been blippin' ever since, practially non-stop. Check me out on blip!
What is your favorite food?
OMG!!! That's the hardest question you could have possibly asked me...being a foodie like I am, that is hard to decide. My favorite food would have to be pan seared venison steaks with grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatos. Maybe a pile of sauteed mushrooms on top...and, don't forget the A1 sauce! Ok...now Im hungry....
If you could be a super hero, what would you be called and what would your super powers be?
Ok...maybe this is the hardest question you could have asked me...lol I want to be Superman...and have all of his powers. Cause....he's super. But, my son thinks he is Dash from the Pixar movie, THE INCREDIBLES. So, he calls me Mr. Incredible (the dad in the movie). That makes me smile...and if Im Mr. Incredible to him, that's all I need.
Since this is a super hero who already exists, who would your made up super hero be?
I have always been fascinated by lightning...electricity in general. My name would be ‘Tazer' and I would be able to throw lightning bolts (and control the weather much like Storm from the X-Men).
What one piece of advice would you give someone who wants to get into your line of business?
BE HONEST!!!! There is no need to set anyone up for failure by tring to be slick or misleading. If you cant be honest with people, you have no business being in this business.
