Well, now that the big bailout has taken place, what can we expect? I think a lot of
people are wondering just that? Ok, what now? Especially the REALTORS out there!
Ok, it's time for banks to start lending again, buyers to feel confident in buying
again and seller's to feel confident in selling again. We all wish this could happen
tomorrow or even in the next couple of weeks or months, but we must be realists also!
For the market to really start turning around, it is likely to take 1-2 years! So is there
a Silver Lining? I believe there is..... a much stronger market in the near future! At least
for those of us that stick around in the real estate business long enough to find out! Here's
to "hanging tuff!" :-)
