Lenders

I am a notary public and a loan signing agent in the Sonoma County area.  I love my work and was an escrow officer for 18 years, so I have signed many loan documents and have worked with many lenders with great respect to the field.

I have a loan that I am trying to work with Countrywide on.  Actually, my Mom bought this home I live in 3 years ago, she took title by herself and acquired the loan by herself based on her credit score, loan being a non-qualifying income loan.  The loan application is not correct for income and assets.  My Mom passed away last year.  We need both incomes to pay the lender.  I have used all of her savings honoring the loan she acquired.

As you know in these times, it has been so hard for so many and myself.  Now I am on of those individuals that needs to talk to the lender.  Countrywide has stated there is nothing they can do for me.  I am not even obligated on the loan, only Mom, but I am trying to save this home that I have lived in for the 3 years, helping my Mom.

Any ideas, information. Please I need any input except moving.  How fo you work with these lenders?
