Worth prolly around $70,000; it was apraised for $60,500 when we bought it and we put new cabinets and countertop in kitchen, new paint, re did closet, new toilet, etc.

Welcome to Active Rain. This is a great forum to exchange ideas in these economic times. I believe everyone should look at all income steams as we enter a new paradigm. I have multiple income streams that I would not have thought I would look at or could do!

Thanks for the greeting. What do you mean? I am just wanting to sell my house so we can look at getting a bigger home so our family can grow to what we want. 2 bedroom home will not suit a 2 child family. You know what I mean? If you know anyone that takes over homes to remodel or would like a starter home in elwood, indiana please let them know. Thanks
