The Branson Landing was over a 400 million dollar lake-front shopping development that has been a great success.

Branson is now getting ready to open up its very own Regional Airport in may of 2009. It is the first privately funded regional airport in the United States in the past 30 years....So, its HISTORIC!!!

Timing is everything in business...wouldn't you agree?...and I believe now is the right time to purchase Branson commercial real estate. But don't take my word for it, do your own research, let it make sense to you.

I'm a broker in North Florida, looking to make a listing referral. I have friends in Monroe County Missouri trying to sell commercial property.

Active Rain Network shows no agent in Monroe County.

Anyone out there interested? It's a MH/RV Park with 10 spots for hook-ups on 5 acres, sewer with lagoon and pump station, also new water line. My friends have had this property listed a year, expires end of this month. They were disappointed at listing agent's performance.

Property has store and owner/manager's dwelling. Currented listed for $315,000
