The market is slow-now what? I find myself having to rethink what I had been doing and find ways to trimm the budget. I am trying to refocus with so much negativity in the media and among agents. I am trying to stay motivated and postive. What about marketing? This is one area I don't think we should cut back on, I am raising my spending on this area and letting buyers now I am still around. Hopfully, Spring won't be too far around the corner!
