I'm fairly new to the AR scene, I've never been one to sit in front of the computer for hours on end surfing, or even blogging, who has time for that?! Well, I do have to say that that AR has changed my life! As you know it all starts with your profile, what to say, how to make yours more appealing etc. Then there's the points and ranking! Aha, this is something I can relate to. Being competitive by nature I'm hooked now, I've got to get more points! I use to log in every week or so, then every day, and now it's part of my daily routine, I now read blogs, make comments and wonder all over the site checking out different groups and seeing what people are saying. Wow, one sure can kill and hour or two doing that! I now come check in several times a day and am actively blogging.
If anyone told me a few months ago that I would be spending a portion of my day blogging, seeing what my ranking was, talking to strangers in cyberworld, I would have said your were nuts. But now look forward to seeing what's going on at AR, for the most part, everyone out there is positive, encouraging and we're all out there for the "common good" of real estate. Every day I look forward to logging in, I can't wait to see what I can learn, who's talking about what or who I will meet. I have to say I'm happily hooked and addicted to active rain!
