Pamela - it is going to be another great day today! The market is not as bad as we think. More residential sales 9/08 as compared to 9/07 actually.

Gene - that's a great visual that gives good information to prospective purchasers in Aiken, SC. When I'm looking at a destination, I always want to know the temperatures, the rainfall, and if on the coast, the water temperatures.
