Jon Coile, president and chief executive officer of Champion Realty, Inc recently announced that Champion Realty Mortgage, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and a joint venture with Champion Realty Inc., will receive $125 million of mortgage money each month to loan out for transactions. "There's nobody with good credit, there's no one with mediocre credit that won't get a loan," Mr Coile stated said.
