Don't you just want to say that to your expired listings/sellers sometimes. But we can't. What do you do when a past client of yours comes crawling back to you after they acted as if you didn't do your job before. So they listed with someone else and are not happy or they tried to sell by owner and were not successful. Now they come back to you and act as if you're old buddies that haven't seen you in forever. What do you do? How do you handle this situation? Would you re-list their home? If so, what would you do differently, if anything? If not, why?

Just curious.
