In showing homes the past week I am happy to see other agents out showing homes - we currently have 3 homes under contact and I am planning on writing anohter offer tomorrow night. It looks like things could be loking up. Homes that are priced right & good show well are selling. I am amazed at the number of vacant homes that are not being cleaned, or have the A/C off.
