for October 2008. These numbers are very different to
the ones I gave last month, in fact some of the numbers
are pretty outrageous but remember all home sales
are factored in to come up with the final average price.
All homes and locations are different and it would be
not wise to use this as a way to get the value of your
home. You would need a more accurate method to
know your home's market value.
