As we all know there are tons of condos for sale on the market in the Myrtle Beach South Carolina area. We all have seen the typical condo, haven't we? I see all the outdated units out there all the time. I always suggest to the seller, if they have the room in the price to fix unit to TURN-KEY condition. People tend to want that new feeling. I start with paint, not too dark or too bold. I then go the carpet, not too light or too dark. Also suggest berber in our area due to sand. I then look at light fixtures, if dated I tell that they can get nice fixtures that are very inexpensive, but look nice. Not the builders lights. I then look at appliances, if they match or not. If dated I suggest to update all of them. If seller(s) can afford stainless, I highly suggest in most homes. Bathrooms are next on the list, If dated, then we talk about new vanities. If colored toilets,tubs or showers, then I suggest to go white. Can't go wrong with white! If this happens to be a place with a yard, then we talk about grooming and a nice front door or painting it. Also storm doors do wonders. A clean,uncluttered and fresh smelling place is a welcoming place.
