First Colony was the second master-planned community in Fort Bend County. Developed by Sugar land Properties, its 9,700 acres of self-contained perimeters offers a country club and 36 holes of golf. Today, nearly 50,000 residents enjoy extensive green belts, lakes and parks. First Colony will soon be entirely built-out except for its commercial properties.
