I haven't heard from a lot of the other realtors in the county as of late. Maybe it's because business is slower therefore we do not have as much interaction with each other. Or is it because everyone is SOO busy there has not been much time to connect with others?
I know that there is a meeting tomorrow for the Mason County Association of Realtors at the Bistro in LakeLand Village in Allyn at noon. Is everyone going to be there? Maybe that is where we need to start getting back in communication with each other by all of us going and supporting the association. It will also allow us to see some the people we have not seen in a while I am sure! I know I find that if I don't go out and find people they don't always come find me and it would be like sitting in the closet.... Got to network with EVERYONE and that includes your associates and affiliates and friends.
What are we hearing with our affiliates? Is there business up or down? Are they seeing things improve? Are their programs out there (this is for those lenders) that we don't know about?
And I just KNOW that we are ALL working on next years business plan! OH and we need a picture logo for this group - anyone have a fitting picture for the group?
I've heard in the past that things come to Washington and our area late compared to the rest of the country- things such as fashions, music, ideas (such as Active Rain)...etc do you agree?
