Jennifer I have driven down I84 through Fishkill many times on my way to my In-Laws, or to drop my son off at college, and have always been curious as to how or why they named that town "Fishkill"?

George when I moved to the area I couldn't understand the obsession with Kill, Peekskill, Fiskill, Sawkill Catskill etc.  The Dutch presence is still felt in the area, Kill in  Dutch meant Creek so Fishkill would be Fish Creek.

Jane - There is value, we would love to see more buyers taking opportunity of the market.
