Even if you know how to do keyword research, this stuff still takes a bit of time - and I've done the work identifying the keywords (including the approximate search volume) for you.

All you have to do here is "Swipe & Implement" as Dan Kennedy says - here's how:

The basic concept of all "Best Practices" marketing is like this: Build a bucket, then be sure your bucket is where the water flows.

Maybe that's an odd analogy, but it's basic "Bait-Response" aka "consumer response" marketing - offer something cool for free, then make them register to get it, and when they do, you keep in touch and keep building value.

a. You need a great offer for the FSBO seller and homebuyer... of course I'd love to sell you ours, but it's not required. Definitely pop by ours and have a look, and then consider how much time it will take you to make a system like ours... for those who want to save money, go ahead and get some ideas from us, for those who know the value of their time, well, check our pricing and we're sure you'll be on board - since it's cheap, fast, and with our system you'll be 100% set up in 2 days. Heck, since we have no contract, you could even use our system til you get your own completed.

Aaaaanyway, you need an offer for these people, as "bait" to create a lead. Once created, the dance begins.

b. Get the offer to the FSBO Seller or homebuyers. FSBO's you typically drive by, read about in the newspaper, or see online - but you might not have online contact info.. so you'll need FSBO Letters (See ours at www.FSBOLetters.info of course) and a delivery mechanism. For homebuyers, what's proven to work the best (and I've tried pretty much everything! <sigh>) is placing free ads on Craigslist in the RENTAL section (along with some rentals that aren't handy around the internet, so you actually bring value and don't get nailed for spamming; just add in "For those who like paying their landlord's mortgage, here are a few rentals from the MLS").

We also recommend flyers in apartment buildings, or if you're working a farm area, you can have your offer (use our print resolution graphics if you're a subscriber) printed on business cards (cheap, small, easy to carry, and put your regular business card on the back).

c. Let your farm grow! Just grow the list, and setup the marketing so that the "cream rises to the top".
