This is very simple! All you have to do is to follow instructions and within few months you are on top of search results.
Hard Facts:
•1) If your website is new, less than 1 year, there is now way you will be ranking for any keywords on Google. It will take you 4-6 months to get some good ranking.
•2) Do not over-optimize your website with keywords! For example do not use too much of "California mortgage" in your text.
As mentioned on the above example, Google is using an algo to find out how many websites are linking to your website. Linking simply means having a link from different website than yours that pointing to your website:

More links you have the higher priority your website will have on search engines.
Steps:
•1) On your main page describe your areas or location. For example if you are an agent in San Diego California, make sure you will include San Diego, agent and California in your text.
Google will look into how many times san Diego, mortgage and California are repeating.
•2) You need links! There are numerous ways to get those links and it involves a hard work! You need to write an article or articles or hire someone to do it.
The easiest approach is to go to Google and type in "seo friendly directory submission services". Pick one that offers article writing as well as submits 5 different Title and Description.
These services will not only write an article for you, they will hand submit to over 100 directories all over the web. Simply, you will very quickly gain 100 links! Take that Google! (And Google loves this)
•3) Repeat your orders once a month for a few months and your linking will increase drastically. You will start to notice that you are ranking higher for a certain keywords.
At this point you can also tweak your description to add different areas of your services.
There are many different ways how to get links so if you have different idaes use them as well.
