New Blogger!

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal Properties

Hello! I am new to blogging! Not to sure what to write but I am going to give it a shot! I have been reading through a lot of other peoples blogs! They are fun to read! I like that people write about interesting things that happen to them, glad I am not the only one who has a diary of weird things that have happened. Inspector stuff, closing things, and so forth! The real estate business is a really dynamic business. I love it. I worked in the medical field for 7 years! I liked it and I felt that things were always changing and no two things were ever the same, it was always so sad. I love the joy of finding the first time home buyers first home. I love to hear how they plan on decorating it and where they want to put the toaster! It is a little sad and emotional for the   who lived in their house 20 years and raised their family in but it is a new chapter. I have really loved working in real estate. Even through these tough times. Buyers and sellers are still out there! It takes a little work, lots of hours, but persistence! I love what I do! Good luck to all!

Heather, welcome to Active Rain.  It's a little overwhelming at first, but just look around, find people you like to read - subscribe to their blog, and make friends, get referrals, and learn. :)
This is a great place to learn.

I'm glad you love what you do.  That's always good, especially in this business. :)

Don't forget to write a blog (or many), to post on localism.  Consumers can read those posts, and that's where you'll get a lot of exposure to potential clients.  (Posts like the one you visited about that pretty house and my clients, and the 'boss' of the house.) :)

Happy blogging, and don't hesitate to ask, if/when you need help.
