Smart phone search

I went to purchase the Blackberry Curve from the Verizon store today and they could not get the phone to work with our MLS site.  I could log in to MLS but was unable to go any further such as "Search" or "Client List" or "Listings".  If anyone knows of a remedy or a phone they use in MA for MLS please let me know.
