Client wishes to list home 11% higher than Comparative Market Analysis supports...Agent agrees but with stipulation that if no serious activity within first 3 weeks seller reduce price reflective of hard data (CMA)...Agent advertises open house within this time frame and sends out open house/just listed letters...Client property has no activity...client wishes to cancel listing and open house...TBC
