Top 10 Russian Real Estate PORTALS

where buyers from Russia search for ANY country in the world
and
agents/owners from ANY country post property listings

 

There are many international real estate portals in English on the Internet, but if you want to sell your properties in ANY country of the world to Russian buyers, you have to list your foreign properties on Russian real estate portals in Russian Internet.

The List of Top 10 Russian real estate portals, annotated in English, for agents and owners from ANY country who are interested in finding Russian buyers for their properties all over the world, has been created.

All of the Portals appear on the first page of search engines when Russian people search in Russian Internet to buy real estate properties abroad.

Some of the Portals have the information for foreign advertisers or even a full version of the site in English.

Some offer co-broking options too, which makes your ads free, but you pay commission on sales.

Some offer free listings in Russian and/or in English to anybody.

Some Portals include listings translation into Russian in their service, some use automatic translation (those translations are of low quality), the rest leave it up to you.

What fantastic information you have brought to AR.  I will be passing your information on to alot of people at NAR (The National Association of Realtors) International Section.  I am also going to put you in touch with The Russian, President's Liaison, Regional Vice-President and Several CEREAN members. 

I am the contact with St. Petersburg, Russia, they have a reciprocal agreement with the NY State Assc. of Realtors and I work with their International Foreign Affairs President.  A good friend and colleague of mine from Rome, Italy Bruni, just came back from Russia, developing contacts for some Italian buyers she has.

I will put you in touch with her and her in touch with you.

I do not know if you are aware of the International Section of NAR, but this would be a great contact source for you.  You may even want to consider obtaining the prestigious CIPS designation for your credentials.  It has great power abroad and opens up alot of doors for you.  The CIPS stands for Certified Internatiional Property Specialist.  You can join the International Section even if not a Real Estate Agent.  If you are interested contact me and I will help you.  I mentor several CIPS globally and I would love to help you.

Hi Olga - I never have considered actually marketing on Russian sites.  I am on a Canadian equestrian property site.  I am sure it is a good idea to get in front of these buyers before they actually come to the US.

to Pam: the right Internet exposure to your potential market is even more important for foreign buyers than for locals. Otherwise, if you are not in front of their eyes - how are they going to find you to come to buy your properties?

Very useful article indeed, thanks! If you want to go to Russian Federation, you will need a Russian tourist visa. This type of visa gives you freedom of movement in Russia during the validity period of your passport. However, this type of visa can only be obtained at Russian embassies or consulates in your country. With https://www.russia-travel.com/visa-services/ you will significantly reduce the time for processing bureaucratic issues. And I will add this real estate sites list to my favorites.
