Kimo's suggestion (in a previous post) said to use boxsprings instead of mattresses.  The bed may look comfy, but guests will need a good chiropractor when finished.

Don't you just feel violated? I had this happen to me.... Not only was the bed messed up, the candles were burned, the wine opened and wine glasse used (they were in the bathroom by the gardent tub) and the towles were used!!! To top it all off - the realtors tried to cover it up by washing and returning the towles....with lent on them!
