I just have to Vent. I know this happens to everyone in Real Estate, but I had to bring it up. I had a couple that was looking to buy in our area. They had gone through and decide this was the place for them. Well they had been driving down from Illinois to South Carolina. They did this 3 weekends in a row, with in the end I spent a total 4 Saturdays, and 2 Sundays. I got a speeding ticket the first day I was with them. I should have dumped them right there, but I had to play it out. They worked me to death. Well I finally get a E-mail saying they don't like our culture here. And are not even interested in South Carolina. It wasn't warm enough for them. Anyone have any suggestions?
