I have been looking into this and would like to ask other RE professionals if they are originating or referring out to other organizations to complete. I have been referring my clients to HUD Counselors and to AZ Dont Borrow Trouble. Thinking of working with business partner to get compensated in this down market. What is the standard fee for loan mod and do they pay up front? Thanks
