To answer about a a realiable fair priced contractor. My husband does small jobs, has for 25 years in Greenville. He has worked for Custom Builders throughout the years and works alot on referrals. He does vinyl siding - full installation and repair, windows (same), hardy plank, decks, screen porches, small plumbing and tile jobs. He is not a licesned electrician or builder just great at what he does. So if you need someone to get a listing up to par, let me know. He is helping alot of my coworkers at Keller Williams in Simpsonville.
