One of the best locations to raise a family in the South Suburban area of Centennial, CO, is The Knolls. It's a pool and tennis community where many of the homes reside on either greenbelts or open space. When I was growing up in this neighborhood in the mid '80s it was the Highlands Ranch of yester-year. Now it has mature trees, good sized lots and some of the residents have done incredible things to their homes.
We continue to see people buying in this neighborhood for the pool and tennis amenities; plus the excellent Littleton schools (Sandburg, Newton, Arapahoe). However, lately people are really excited about the new Streets of Southglenn project that will complete sometime in 2009 and should really give the residents of the Knolls great shopping, dining and movie options in a new outdoor mall setting.
Bev Groth began selling real estate in The Knolls back in 1980. She has served about 200 families in The Knolls and has sold many of the homes several times over. She is a big advocate for this neighborhood and every year sponsors a fund raiser for The Knolls swim team by selling luminaries that are put on display every Christmas Eve.
Bev is my mother and business partner. I am proud to be working with her and serving the good people in The Knolls.
