East Side Costa Mesa is a charming area of Costa Mesa with beautiful tree lined streets, and charming homes. Located on the border of Newport Beach, east side Costa Mesa is a great place to live. Enjoy the beach weather and cool ocean breezes. East side Costa Mesa is walking distance to shopping and dining. Costa Mesa has many older homes and craftsman style homes as well, there is definite charm to this area that attract many home owners, residents and buyers seek out this area.

The school district is great, and many of the kids in the homes in East Side Costa Mesa attend Mariners Elementary School which is an award winning school. Sharon, thanks for your recent visit to my blog. Your blogsite is so bright and colorful, which is how I remember the Newport Beach area when I used to visit a lot in the 80's...many wonderful walks on the strand at Balboa with my kids... you've done a wonderful job here!

Sharon- The East Side Costa Mesa Real Estate Trends look very favorable comparative to the rest of the nation.  Hopefully the word gets out sooner than later.  People should be confident in hiring you as there California Real Estate Expert.
