Welcome to Active Rain. This is a great forum to exchange ideas in these economic times. I believe everyone should look at all income steams as we enter a new paradigm. I have multiple income streams that I would not have thought I would look at or could do!

Greetings Shane and I too want to extend a warm welcome to the rain. A great place to learn, share, and meet other agents from all over. Do spend some time looking around but one place I learned a lot was a group called Active Rain for Newbies. There are all sorts of different groups to join - find ones that interest you. But beware - it's addictive in here!
