Pualani Estates is a newer neighborhood of homes, with two car garages, a mixture of one and two levels, smaller / easier to manage sized lots, a ball park and park in the neighborhood and located in Kailua-Kona just above the main highway for great access. This is a neighborhood to look at if you're looking in the upper $300k plus price range and for newer construction. Location, location, location make this a desiresable area.
