Finding the "perfect" home

It all started a little over a year ago. I had met these people who were transferring and were looking to buy a home. Their wants and needs seemed to be a little out of reach. Wanted everything updated, close to their work and they wanted all appliances to be of a certain brand. To make a long story short, I didn't think it was going to work. It took awhile, but I found them their "perfect" home. What started out as a very difficult client turned out to be the most thankful people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They haven't forgotten me either. Touching base every now and then to keep updated on things. They have given my name and card out to their friends and family. Their daughter recently called me to help her find a home. I love referrals!
