Follow Up and Procrastination

Real Estate Agent with Weichert Realtors, The 505 Group

Im not sure what my problem is with procrastination.

I know what needs to be done but dont do it. My goal is to do what needs to be done as soon as I think of it even if it takes a minute. Otherwise I will waste time thinking of what needs to be done rather than just doing it. At the very least I will write it down on a to-do list so I wont think about it any more.

There, that was my big confession. As a Realtor your customers are waiting to hear from you and it is our job to stay connected. That is probably my biggest challenge yet what I would rank as most important when choosing a Realtor.

Today: I am going to go check lockboxes and see who has shown our listings so we can give some feedback to our customers. I am taking a new listing on Fairway Terrace - a really gorgeous house even though it was built in the 1970's. They just don't build solid houses like that anymore. There is a master suite upstairs and it is on the golfcourse.

Ill go get pictures so I can make a virtual tour and I won't need to do any staging because the seller has a degree in interior design and everything looks picture perfect. How nice- even though I love the challenge of staging to sell.

I am also going to submit an offer on a property for a woman from Florida and then I will get started asking for donations to the Clovis Christian School's annual Christmas banquet, silent, live, and Chinese auctions. The banquet is my fun-job every year so I am looking forward to making this a great one. We are looking for Auction Items, gift certificates, or money will work as well.

Off to email!

Have a great day and be a blessing.
