Leading Agents Form Brokerage, Offer REALTORS® Opportunity in Collaborative Culture
October 9, 2008 (Southlake, TX) - Synergy Realty, a leading provider of residential real estate services, announced today the opening of its office locations in Southlake and Grapevine, Texas. The new brokerage offers real estate agents in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex a collaborative environment, and in less than a month has brought on more than 25 agents representing more than $46 million in closed volume production from January through August 2008.
Synergy Realty was formed in September 2008 by seasoned real estate experts and co-owners Troy George and Lucy Noonan.
"We saw an opportunity in the marketplace to offer real estate agents a brokerage that supports their needs, with a culture based on unity and smart goals to best help homebuyers and sellers," said Lucy Noonan, co-founder of Synergy Realty. "The name Synergy Realty was born out of the collaborative nature that Troy George and I bring to our team, our company, and our lives."
The first company office launched near the Southlake Town Square and was followed shortly by the opening of the Grapevine office run by Michelle Brown, owner of The Diamond Team.
"When Synergy Realty was formed, we had goals of growing at a modest pace during our first year," said Troy George, co-founder and broker of Synergy Realty. "We were pleasantly surprised to be quickly joined by successful agents and teams such as The Diamond Team, The TaylorMade Team, and The Svajda Team. By having experienced real estate agents like these align with our company, the goals for Synergy Realty's growth have been dramatically increased. We're excited to say that we can offer excellent services with the best Realtors in the area."
George's background includes several successful years as a multi-million dollar producer and Double Platinum Member with Keller Williams Realty. Previously, he worked for 15 years as a top selling, on-site salesperson and trainer for the largest privately owned home builder in the United States. Noonan's background most recently includes team leader of the Keller Williams-DFW Southlake office. She has also served in executive leadership roles of several Fortune 500 companies including AT&T and US Airways.
"I am so excited to be a part of this new brokerage company," said Mary Taylor, team leader of The TaylorMade Team. "Our team has already enjoyed the benefits of a culture supported by successful agents who believe in the best service for our clients. During my 29 years in real estate, this is the first time I have seen this much energy and creativity in a group of Realtors. I believe the sky is the limit for Synergy Realty."
