Terra Solis Realty wants you to come celebrate our second annual Party in the Park!

This is a FREE event to all neighbors in Clemente Ranch and surrounding neighborhoods, as a Thank You for your business throughout the years.

Come join us at Dobson Park this Saturday, October 25th from 3-6pm, for FREE food, games, music, and prizes (NW Corner of Alma School and Queen Creek). This is an event for the entire family, and an opportunity to meet your neighbors.

There will be sky divers, as well as a Chandler Chamber of Commerce presentation.

Last year's event was a huge success, with several hundred attendees, and we want this years to be even bigger. For more information call 602-295-6807, or leave a message here.

Greg - Yes it is a great way for us to thank the neighborhood for their support. It has worked very well for us, as we have sold at least 4 homes this year so far, and we also have one active listing.

This year we doubled our numbers from last year, as about 450 people attended. We had a skydiver land in the park, the Chamber of Commerce give us an award, had other local neighborhood vendors, and probably gave out 100 free prizes, not to mention free food and drink for everyone. It was a great event, and I would recommend it to anyone farming a specific neighborhood. It's a win/win for everyone involved! I am already looking forward to next year, and we plan on expanding this into other neighborhoods as well.

This is a great community service you provide. We do an annual Christmas Tree Event, this is our 4th annual and we'll pay for our clients trees, have photos with Santa and we have a drawing for a game system this year. It's a magical place. I really like "Party in the Park", very good idea.
