Need to ask the Rainers if any of you have taken the CIPS course and what your thoughts are about it. In this market, we need to get creative. I recently was asked to handle an international transaction and it sparked my interest in the Certified International Property Specialist course. Please let me know what your thoughts are if you have taken the course, Was it helpful? Was it enjoyable and did you learn enough to make it work for you in the international market. I understand that it is offered by the National Association of Realtors both in class and on-line; would like to know your comments regarding which is better too.
